		<description>This would come in handy on the 280 carpool lane i take every day from work.  I am constantly tailgated and hi beamed by drivers who much do 100mph in the carpool lane WITHOUT a second passenger.  I already do 80mph in the lane which i was told by a CHP is legal after i was pulled over for doing 70 mph in the carpool lane and was told i was going to slow. WTF!</description>
