Want a PS3? RUN to BestBuy!

Sorry for the crappy cam phone pic, but as I was wandering in my local BestBuy I happend to stumble upon a cache of PS3’s. After a quick word with the store manager apparently BestBuys across the US have at least 25 60GB PS3’s in stock.
So if you weren’t lucky enough to snag one before the holidays, now is the time.
Who cares? I have my Wii.
Isn’t that funny, everyone was the opposite when these systems came out. I have all three and have to say I love my Wii the best.

I was actually at Gamestop yesterday buying an XBOX360 and asked out of curiousity how quickly their PS3s sell out. He said right there they had TWO in the back (it’s plenty for a store this small and for a console so supposedly popular). I basically got the feeling that they weren’t selling like hotcakes anymore or anywhere near as well as the Wii.
i just bought my self a 360 with my Christmas money and I’m loving it. my brother has a friend who bought the PS3 and he only played it twice, he would rather play the 360.
the ebgames down the street from me has tons i just got a zune and asked him if they were in stock and he said they had 18 and there store is tiny
there has been a sign up at the local EB saying “we have PS3’s in stock” it’s been there for 2 weeks, and the stack of 60GB PS3’s has only grown. However I was there this morning and to my surprise there were 3 wii’s sitting there (granted it was early) they were the first wii’s I’d seen since I waited in line @ times square. I asked if they were just display boxes – they said no, and that since they had been open (25 minutes) they sold 12 of them. I came back in 15 minutes and the other 3 were gone. I asked about the PS3’s and they said they had more returns than purchases this week.
You don’t have to run. You can pretty much walk, pickup an Xbox 360, beat Gears of War, go to sleep, wake up, and casually head to any gaming store amongst your usual daily routine and still be able to pick one up. Nobody wants one anymore.
But Ronald, you can put Linux on it and it only takes a mere three hours… Happy Happy Joy Joy.

lol surprisingly, my local walmart still has a few, even the day after christmas, guess they weren’t as big of a sale as everyone expected ;)
LOL, more reason for me to laugh and point at the all the crazy people who circled Best Buys stores waiting to get a PS3 when it came out.
The PS3’s multimedia capabilites make it the most pwnage over the restricted 360 easily. The wii is the best system by far though. My 360 has been collecting dust and is now just an over priced HD-DVD player since the release of the 2 monsters.

I got one too! And when i called in and asked , they said they had 25 or so! :D
