Apparently, excessive farting will not be taken lightly. Not even in jail. A 38-yr. old inmate received additional jail time & fined for farting in a former cellmates face [via].

Bruggeman’s cellmate was fed up with the constant stink in his living quarters, so he requested a bed move. It took several desperate pleas until one day, his wish was granted and he was taken out of the nasty-ass fart-smelling casa de Bruggeman. A few hours later, vengeful fartypants found his former roomie in line at the cafeteria for dinner, and went up to him and farted in his face.

It’s the jail house diet that must be giving inmates a difficult time controlling their flatulence.
