In the film, Rabbi Tuckman (Mel Brooks) talks about administering circumcisions. To demonstrate, he places a carrot in a tiny guillotine and slices off the tip of the carrot. At least I think it was a carrot. It's been a while since I've seen the film. When I first saw this, I wondered if it would give anyone a false sense of what happens. Looks like it may well have.
