Personally, I have yet to sustain any noticeable injuries aside from the occasional hardcore tennis match or bout of Zelda. The soreness is becoming less and less likely as my body is becoming more accustomed to the type of physical gaming required for the console. I have however seen a few drops of blood spilled while gaming with my younger brother and friend. Those Wiimotes can definitely break skin if swung at the right angle and speed.
