god I still want to interface with a web cam and audio for a flash project but have yet to find a project worthy.. very cool though.. glad to see flash is finally getting some solid use.. I remember defending it back in the day when people often made fun or hated it.

If used correctly, flash is an irreplacible web media, say what you will about markup ajax and the likes, when it comes to GUI flash wins bottomline!

Flash has it’s place but it is often over used and used badly. When done right it’s fantastic but when done wrong you end up with sites that take ages to load and are irritating and ugly..

Actually for instant capture you can use mobile phone with Mobiola Web Camera. This will be real instant capture.
