Just to verify, it -is- illegal to block cell phone reception. While it would be fun, I don’t think being slapped with a felony would justify the short amount of joy.
Perfect for that self-absorbed !rick in front of me in the Hummer, too busy on the cell phone to realize he’s going 15mph under the speedlimit in the left lane…
If I was a victim of this I’d be pretty pissed off. And I’m sure it’d only happen when I have to get off at the next exit so I’d end up missing it.
