I think this is a slightly ambiguous description of what Little Snitch does. But I wouldn&#039;t throw away Little Snitch yet. I&#039;d bet that the firewall gives preferential treatment to all Apple software and allows it to phone home any time an internet connection is active.

		<description>LittleSnitch actually does the reverse of Apple&#039;s new firewall. Apple&#039;s firewall detects incoming connections, while LittleSnitch detects outgoing connections. I think they&#039;ll work nicely hand-in-hand.</description>
