		<description>I work in Thailand and have been unfortunate enough to have been to India a few times. 

The pictures are clearly India / Pakistan / Bangladesh but certainly not Thailand. 

If you look closely there are also posters of Bollywood movies on the walls. 

All that being said, Thailand does have a similar problem but not to this extent.

BTW unfortunately the best affordable ADSL speeds here are 512k up /2.5MB down giving 230kbps download speeds(if your lucky and wind is blowing in the right direction) for about 60$US a month.</description>
