EFI updated for Apple hardware

Apple was hard at work remedying the problems that select Apple users were reporting. There are now 5 EFI updates for Mac hardware – including the Mac Mini, iMac, Mac Pro, MacBook Pro, and your standard MacBook. All of these updates should come through with your software updater – or download them directly from the links above [via].

The EFI updates ensure proper start-up for Boot Camp users as well as alleviating some of those pesky times when hardware refuses to sleep or wake correctly.

I beleive all of these updates are for Core Duo macs, no Core 2 Duo macs. Says my system does not need this update.
