In addition i have the same issues about Sprint and Nextel that Jim Murphy has about his calls going to hell. At first good signal then droped calls or calls going strait to voice mail when i had enough signal. I called my neighbor accross the street and talked then when i forgot somethingto tell him i called him right back and the darn call went strait to voice mail his phone never rang again that day. See Sprint Dont have a public complaint line nor does NexTel if they did they would be more proffessional at helping their customers needs. Their fore the so called solution specialist might get the proper training instead of hiring below wage out of country just to cut cost, which usaually ends up costing the customer. Where's the people on top of their organization? Service rep and Solution specialists wont connect you to the real corparate office or the CEO's Where are those guy's when all else fails?

Why is it that a company like Sprint and NexTel cant keep it together i spent 80 plus hrs talking to untrained unproffessional solution specialist that was Srint and never solved a thing then prompted to try NexTel side of corparation and even worse, pcs to pcs or mobile to mobile paid for but was getting charged for talking to my other two phones on my plan plus every one else i called on the Sprint and Nextel network. Went ot pay by phone $172 pastdue then sprint told me i authorized $527 i never did,if they had their stuff together i never would of had a past due balance and they wouldnt of illegally had to take the difference of $355 thats stealing or embezzelment. Thats a proffessional ripoff. Why cant you talk to a real corparate person or a CEO? I am waiting to Talk to Lou Dobbs at cnn I have an interview soon. See what a greedy merger does to two companies. They even tried to charge me an early termination fee. For going from Sprint To NexTel and watch for their telemarketers. For all the latest contact Cal at 9899159429 thank you Sincerely Yours CAL

We were called by a very nice sales person by the name of Sarah on Wednesday January 31, 2007. The day before we had just received the flyer stating that the new Nextel Hybrid had been released and we could take advantage of a one time deal and 30 day trial of the hybrid. My husband and I have been loyal customers since May 2003. We recieved our two hybrid phones today - February 2, 2007. After attmepting to activate our phones for two hours, and transferred 4 times, we were informed that the phones did not work in Huntsville, Alababama. Now the sales girl never one informed us of this - does she get a kick back. If so, she needs to be fired.
This is false adveritising and a disgrace. NEVER, have I ever had a problem with a company such as this! We were going to drop Nextel until we received the flyer on Wednesday - now, it is official. WE HATE NEXTEL AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEIR SSERVICE AGAIN. My complete family (15) are curently using your service. No longer -

We ordered the IC502 immediately, that was back around Nov 1st. After numerous emails stating the phone had been sent, we continued to contact Sprint/Nextel (because everytime we tried to call, we were directed to the opposite company, either Sprint or Nextel). The phone had actually never been sent, just the auto emails. December 22nd the phone finally arrived, but it was missing the battery (go figure). After again numerous phone calls and being directed back and forth between the Sprint and Nextel support, I finally got a hold of someone who knew what they were doing. They sent me a battery, and it arrived on December 29th. So now I have a battery, but no service. Again, I have been told numerous times our Sprint account was being migrated over to Nextel so our phone would work. I finally got a hold of a real person, who was so kind to give me her email and was working on my issue. I was just notified by her that her posistion was terminated! I hope it wasn't due to her kindness in trying to help me out. So now I am stuck again, with a $200 worthless phone that no one can activate for me! Any help would be appreciated.

I also loved Nextel until about 6 wks ago when my service went to hell. After weeks of me filling out trouble tickets, they would only take 4 and then thay told me they were not going to take any more trouble tickets. I told them within days of the switch over that something changed with my signal, always full and now my calls go to message , and I drop my calls now. The radios work half the time now. I've had a great signal for years, 4 business line accounts. It was the only cell company that worked at my home office. No notification that our service would suffer, no acknowledgement when I would call in that changes were made. They say i'm in a hole, but I can tell you for years I had great reception. I'm mad as hell, they wont even help me out

I loved Nextel. And then I finally grew tired of my calls to clients being dropped left and right. I switched to the MOTO Q with Verizon and am pretty happy with it. I 100% miss the walkie talkie. I know I'll be switching back to Sprint once they release some decent higher end phones with the CDMA/iDen networks.
