Season Shot – Flavorful buck shot

Thanksgiving & Christmas are around the corner. The hunters in the family will probably try their luck with live game and Season Shot may be on every hunters mind. Think high velocity peppers and herbs.

Season Shot is made of tightly packed seasoning bound by a fully biodegradable food product. The seasoning is actually injected into the bird on impact seasoning the meat from the inside out. When the bird is cooked the seasoning pellets melt into the meat spreading the flavor to the entire bird. Forget worrying about shot breaking your teeth and start wondering about which flavor shot to use!

Might as well ensure that the marinating process starts early right? I like the simple comparison of Season Shot vs. “others” – “Our ammo has flavor”, other brands – “No flavor here”.

well, if nothing else, at least you don’t put more lead into yourself or the environment.

Fun idea, but most likely a non-product. Food products don’t like to travel at ballisitc speeds. Most likely it would make a harmless sprinle of seasoning upon leaving the barrel.

At least when turkey hunting hitting the “meat” of the bird is a bad idea, it starts bleeding and you cut that part out of the flesh to ovoid spoiling. So this is kind of a non product for turkeys. Maybe it’d work for small fowl, I don’t know though since I don’t hunt duck or quail.
