Painstaking detail and recreation of Rome in a panoramic drawing by Stephen Wiltshire. After a fly through of Rome, Stephen was able to recreate Rome on a giant canvas. Watch the time lapse creation of the piece.

    Very cool video. I read about this guy in the book “An Anthropologist on Mars” that came out a few years ago (I read it maybe 5 years ago?). If anyone’s interested, check it out. His story plus a handful more that are just as interesting (One of my favs was a guy who lost his ability to save anything in his long-term memory [not completely, but more or less], so he is trapped in the moment without being aware of it – he’s even blind, but can’t tell).
