Are you a devoted Google Reader user who just so happens to be on OS X? If so, Troels Bay has released a menubar notification utility [via] which will let you keep an eye on new unread items without having to keep Google Reader open in your browser. The notifier will even add a Safari preference for subscribing to feed via Google Reader.

Hot stuff if you ask me. I may have to make the transition back to Google Reader seeing as though they do offer a mobile interface. Go Google… Wait, don’t tell Dan I just said that :p

I still think that NetNewsWire is the best program out there for RSS reading.

I’m almost, if not fully converted to google, I’ve ditched mail and iCal for Gmail and gCal and have not looked back. In my lowly opinion Google Reader is awesome and will only get better.
