Gickr is a free online animated gif maker. You can simply upload your images or grab them from Flickr and Gicker will automatically create an animated Gif from your slides.

Glickr also makes the posting of your animated photos by just copying the HTML code provided and paste it to apropriate place. Glickr will host your images, or will allow you to do so as well.
