Dennis is right, PC-Cillin pops up

C:\Program Files\Taskbar Shuffle\is-69CJF.tmp

http://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/virusencyclo/default5.asp?VName=Possible_Virus

it's a heuristic positive so it's not a definite virus and it needs to be submitted for verification.

Um... i think the vast majority of people were confused by the image attached. That's the quick launch bar your looking at and moving. The task bar is where all open windows exist. Like this browser will say "UNEASY...". This button, you can move.

I've used this before and it worked well. I think most people here are talking about the drag and drop abilities of the quick launch bar which is shown in the picture. This program allows you to move around open programs shown in the taskbar.

and I have to agree that windows already has this ability. You can already move programs into and out-of your taskbar, and rearrange them as you please :P

I think it means that you can move open programs in your task bar...but I still don't see the need for anything like this.

Um, maybe I'm way out here, but hasn't the taskbar got drag n' drop functionality already? I just moved my Firefox icon closer to my start button by dragging and dropping, and I sure hasn't installed any software to do this.
