Yea, Good luck getting a PS3

Seems like Sony can’t catch a break. It has been reported that GameStop, has sold out its supply of PS3’s. Normally that is good news, but I’m not too sure looking at the stores expected quantities.

“eight and 16 Playstation 3s were pre-ordered at each of their 3,600 stores…somewhere between 28,800 and 57,600 Playstation 3s were pre-ordered.”

GameStop was quoted:

“It reconfirms the excitement and anticipation that we’ve known since we first discuss the PlayStation 3,â€Â? he said. “We’re just pleased to see that the reaction from the consumer is as strong as we anticipated it would be. It helps to validate everything we have been saying up to this point.”

So lets figure that Best Buy, and Walmart will get the same number of units as well. We are talking about 100,000 units that are being pre-sold. I don’t think that is something for Sony to brag about now, it it?

you save your 600 for something else, we would rather be playing games NOW. Life is short, whats 600 bucks? Chump change.

I’d rather use my $600 for something else. I’d rather live and travel then use my short life playing games really.

  6. Cynic821 says:

Id rather do both, why is it a choice between the two?
