Facebook registrations open to all

Watch out all you high falutin, uppity college kids, your precious Facebook is about to be overpopulated with commoners (You know the slack jawed yokels that don’t have one of those precious degrees, aka ME).
Facebook was always known for its exclusivity, what happens now that the world can pollute its previously sterile environment?
Any users care to comment? Or if you are a slack jawed yokel, might as well sign up.
yeah i dont want to crab but i liked it the old way. but whatever
im sad about that, cause i used facebook cause i knew only certain people could have it, and they could only have 1 account (unless they went to 2 schools, or something). I never used myspace cause of that one reason alone. At least facebook has some privacy policies in place, and ways to keep people you dont want from seeing your profile. at least they did as of yesterday when i last logged in.
anyway i also read a rumor that facebook may be bought by yahoo, in which case, i may just delete my account…
It’ll be fine – all of the privacy settings are still set so that no one can see your profile unless they are in your network – even if people still add an “area” network you can still set it so that they can’t see it. Not a big deal at all.

I firmly believe that Facebook will turn away the “MySpace” crowd with the lack of customization. Correct me if I’m wrong, but, Facebook doesn’t allow those jacked up layouts that we have come to hate.
Thankfully, Derek is making a wonderful attempt at cleaning up the mess with his minimal, clean DIV overlay layouts.
yeah im a college student and i use facebook. but after they opened it up to high school kids i knew eventaully it would be open to all.
at least elementary and junior high kids are not allowed in. that should keep away the sex offenders
i’m not to big on the whole “anyone can join” thing but oh well….
i created a facebook group for uneasy…. if you have facebook, join it…

my school’s not even in the database. why would i want to join it :|
