iPodulator Pro 2 – Take your content with you
At the small expense of free, iPodulator Pro 2 allows iPod users to take their favorite web based content & games with them wherever they go with their iPods.
The web offers unlimited content. The problem: you don’t have unlimited time. Your iPod is always with you, and now you can bring the web along with it. iPodulator Pro 2 puts any website or RSS feed you name on your iPod in a text-only version. And it gets better. iPodulator Pro 2 can copy most of the links on webpages to your iPod, so when your reading a page on your iPod you have all the links there, ready for clicking.
Try iPodulator Pro 2 our for yourself and report back with your thoughts. Windows and OS X users can download their distributions directly.
Although I enjoy the a good portable music player like any other music enthusiast, the idea of bringing web pages for viewing on an iPod seems a little over the top. What are everyone else’s thoughts on viewing portable version of their favorite websites on players like the iPod?

This is the same kind of madness as turning mobile phones into do-it-alls. The iPod is a personal music player, and it works (nigh-)perfectly as one. There’s absolutely no need to start throwing in other stuff like games, videos, web pages, and all that other malarky. Apple pissed me off by bringing movies into the equation. Who in their right mind is watching a downloaded movie on their iPod or through their television? Just go out and buy a DVD.
This is kind of cool I think (if it works how I think it does). It’d be nice to read the news on the metro on my way to school. I’ve read the BBC on my cell phone while in the middle of a forest (cottage) before, so I could see doing this in the morning. Especially since there is never enough room to have a full paper on the subway cars in the morning.
Cool idea for ipods but i’ve been doing it with my Treo for almost a year now a true do-it-all mobile phone (yes adam some of us do want to carry around just one player with everything i can possibly cram into to it to make my days easier). Good idea but catch up fellas, the palm world has been up on this for quite some time! Now if someone at palm would wise up and throw some decent space into it (it’s just as big as an ipod but with out the hd)
