Its amazing what you can get away with in the name of art. An artist by the name of Justin Gignac sells garbage. But don’t confuse this with just any garbage, special New York City garbage all packaged up in a plastic box, signed, numbered, and dated – all for $50. We all know that if it is from NYC it is THAT much better!
On the stupid/smart meter. Major props to Justin for selling garbage on the internet for $50, a major DOH to anyone who BUYS garbage for $50.
