From the look of that flag banner thingy on the wall to the right, I am guessing he is from Texas, and he kind of acts EXACTLY like my former college roommate who was from Texas. My former roommate liked to give long lectures to coustomer service guys too.

Soooo… insurance companies can profile, but ??? airlines can’t? Maybe the insurance companies should run the airline security industry.
Hahaha I personally do similiar things to poor customer service reps…. I know I know its a dick move…. but god you have to love it, watching them squirm… I recently had a long conversation with a Bank Of America assosciate regarding policies and procedures ….. ok enough… my point being…. I have big feet should I should get a discount.
Clearly the place he was calling had a “You cannot hang up on the caller” policy. Otherwise I imagine he would have been dropped after the penis comment.

A few points of clarification for everyone:
1) That’s not a flag on the wall, it’s bunting. There is a difference.
2) He’s not from Texas, he’s from Idaho (I think), but he goes to school at Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA. He’s Barats and his partner in crime in Bereta. I live in Spokane and I saw Bereta walking down the street last Friday. It was weird.
3) That wasn’t a real call. I don’t know that for sure, but take a look at the other videos they have on YouTube and you’ll see why I say that with such conviction. Some of them are actually quite funny. My personal favourite is Mother’s Day, but Completely Uncalled For also had me laughing out loud.
