Worked pretty well, but the output wasn't playable in itunes, quicktime, or VLC. I had to "fink install faad" to get a decoder, and that was a bit annoying...but a quick "faad -w dump_01.aac | lame -h --alt-preset 192 - song.mp3" made things all better.
