According magnetism laws and distance variations between magnet and water do the waters surface whould not be a little bit curvy ? Three thing make me say it’s a fake :

If it really worked and I was showing it off, I would have the decency to show my face and wouldn't need to be on a dark stage, it can be in my kitchen for all i care, and it will seem so much more real. Anyone going to actually try this on their own? This looks like something I would see tested on MythBusters.
