Wine in a can?
This post was published 3 years 7 months 6 days ago which may make its actuality or expire date not be valid anymore. This site is not responsible for any misunderstanding.At the end of the day it’s nothing out of this world. It’s just a very popular beverage in a common container. But when I read “Wine in a Can” I couldn’t help not cringe. While it does provide a glass of fruity liquid, it doesn’t have half the elegance of a glass bottle. Obviously, the aluminum cans also allow you to drink directy from them. Somehow I’d feel awkward not pouring it before.
Still they must be practical and surely beat wine which comes in 5 litre plastic buckets.

So, which one is is worse-wine in a can or wine in a box?
Hmmmmmm – Tough call
This idea’s pretty old-hat. Check out this article about Sofia blanc de blancs; single-serving sparkling wine in a can (each can comes with its own straw!).
I’ve never bought the stuff, but every time I look at it, I’m tempted.
Wanna bet Paris Hilton will advertise for this ?
@Emma,
I think that Wine in a Box is somewhat worse.
But wine-in-a-box becomes wine-in-a-space-bag with just a little prying, then it’s so much more hip.
Interesting looking cans at least…. But I don’t like wine.
