In Michigan, in Warner Bros. v. Scantlebury, after learning that the defendant had passed away, the RIAA made a motion to stay the case for 60 days in order to allow the family time to “grieve”, after which time they want to start taking depositions of the late Mr. Scantlebury’s children [...]

The merciless RIAA. When are these types of realities going to end?

    I wonder if Warner Brothers would have to sue themselves (TimeWarner/Roadrunner Cable internet) for being an accessory to internet downloading?It seems funny that even though they are making money off from the exorbitant prices they charge for sub-standard “broadband” they still want more.

    No they wouldn’t.It’s the same with Weapon Dealers,they can just give it to you.You yourself have to shot.
