I had no idea that Japan held such championships. Witness the lightning quick hands of these Tetris finalists. Reminds me of how beating the classic GameBoy games too way too long.

    Most tetris games have slightly different rules on what happens to the piece when it hits something, I wonder how this worked, exactly?

    The norm, as in most versions, is to allow the same out of time it takes for a piece to move one tile, to move again when it hits another piece.

    This allows WAY too long to move again.
