Automate the download and conversion of YouTube videos for Mac

Ok kids, this is MacOS X only. When I saw this tip, I KNEW it was perfect for UES.

TubeSock is a neat little shareware app that automatically downloads your favorite YouTube videos, and converts them for your iPod, PSP, or Mac. If that isn’t enough TubeSock then loads the converted videos on your iPod. Neat right? Well here is what burns me. For the trial you can only download 30 second videos from YouTube, and the price of this shareware application is $15. I would much rather see it at $5.

However, if you are a video collector, or live and die by YouTube this program is for you.

does the same thing, with iSquint being donationware. Plus, iSquint does WAY more formats than just FLVs.

I forgot I had iSquint loaded on my computer. It definitely looks like the better option. We\’ll have to make sure everyone else knows about this little application.
