I used to do some tech support. My favorite was the person who didn’t know where the browser was, even after I told them to look for the blue “e”. There are just some people who shouldn’t use a computer.
And I haven’t even mentioned all the setups that were disgustingly dirty. Didn’t they ever hear of a vacuum? And it wasn’t even the engineers who were messy.
