First Veoh, Now YouTube

This site is not responsible for any misunderstanding.First Veoh was sued for posting copyrighted adult content, now it seems YouTube is the next online video sharing site to make its way through our legal system.
Los Angeles News Service has filed a brief in federal court for allowing its alleging YouTube allowed its users to upload copyrighted video footage onto the popular Web site, including the beating of trucker Reginald Denny during the 1992 riots, which is property of the LNS.
It seems that online video sharing has opened a Pandora’s box of problems for the content distributors.
