But kissing little boys bellies? Where there hell did that come from President Putin? Putin’s explanation for the ordeal:
After a week of frenzied speculation across Russia, President Vladimir Putin has finally explained that he had kissed a young boy on the stomach in the Kremlin because he wanted to “stroke him like a kitten”.
Wanted to “stroke him like a kitten”. Ooh Ok. That explains everything. Because you know, when I pet a cat I use my lips.
