Dark icon set for OSX VLC users

MacRabbit provides a great dark icon set for OSX VLC users. The download is free of charge. Directions for replacing the current set are included in the ZIP and do wonder. That orange cone gets old after awhile doesn’t it?
A definite oldie but goodie. Any other application replacement sets worth noting? Drop your recommendations in the comments.
