JetBlue planning free Wi-Fi in planes

If you have ever flown JetBlue, you know they are all about free internet access. When I am caught in one of their lounges, thanks to their free Internet connection, I just pop open my laptop and start blogging.

So this next step is only natural.

Recently JetBlue won a $7 million contract for 1Mhz spectrum. The 1Mhz spectrum is not enough to bolster their onboard TV experience, however it is perfect suited for internet access, as a little less slower than broadband speeds. A decision to install free Wi-Fi on JetBlues fleet will certainly make them my carrier of choice, as opposed to American Airlines.

    A little less slower? Is that a tricky double-negative way of saying that under certain circumstances it is actually faster?

    Internet should be capitalized since it is a specific entity.

    Also, “then” should be “than” since we aren’t talking about steps in a process.

    That said, this is cool.
