Three armed baby born

According to the offical story, neight of the infants two left arms are fully developed prompting surgeons to discuss which arm should be amputated.
Reminds me of those Burger King commercials where a third arm is required just to take care of normal day-to-day stuff while having a third arm for eating a meaty Whopper.

I just saw a video
previous reports state that the baby cried when either of its two left arms were touched. But the video clearly shows a third party (maybe a doctor) moving the limb and the baby is not crying.
