An underground ring of thieves was recently uncovered to have been smuggling pieces of high end automobiles (Mercedes & BMW’s) from factories only to be reassembled and sold at a hidden location.

German cops have arrested a gang who stole hundreds of top of the range BMWs and Mercedes piece by piece.

The gang, who stole car parts after getting jobs in the factories where they were made, was arrested in a massive police raid in Munich. [...]

The investigation showed that many of the reassembled cars were stored nearby and then sold to countries in South-Eastern Europe.

The operation took 6 months of undercover investigations to nail th perps.
