Free Skype-out calls for the rest of the year

I just received this email in my inbox this afternoon. Apparently Skype is offering free Skype-out calls to landlines until the end of the year in the continental US! I think I know how I’ll be making calls until 2007 while I’m home. Visit Skype and download the client for yourself.
Bah,doesn’t work for me.But im in Germany,but sucks that it doesn’t work.

but why this dosent work for me i mean i live in Bulgaria, but this call its from internet it dosent matter where im living right? all it matters i want to call to usa?! aw!?
there is no free skype calls in the us and canada for me, so i dont understand why they are saying this. i live in the usa and i cant make calls to land lines.
