I decided to revisit this from October.

Don’t you hate being blocked by other instant message buddies? Not sure if someone’s blocked you? Blockstatus.com will allow you to see if someone on AIM, Yahoo, MSN, or ICQ is online whether they’ve blocked you or not.

    too bad it doesn’t work. checked various icq numbers on blockstatus.com, sometimes different results on the same number (mine) came up..
    not very reliable.
