Verizon to charge you if you dialup

The US Court of Appeals in Boston ruled April 11 that Verizon Communications Inc. can charge per-minute fees for calls to local numbers that dial-up users need to connect to the Internet — in much the same way that they charge for long-distance or other calls.
How is this even FAIR? Just shows you how EVIL telco’s are
And is this around the whole United States? Eek, I’m switching to Cingular ;)
I will burn down the Verizon corporate head quarters if my next or any future bill has EVDO dial up connection charges….
No this is LANDLINE phones too!
