Quick tech survey, currently I use TrendyMac to read the stats generated by the sites of the UNEASYnetwork.

However, I was wondering if anyone else had any recommendations for a better GUI Apache log reader for PC or Mac?

we are using awstats for our entire domain.
it gives pretty good graphs and pictures and information, very customizable.

hmmm, well, we log into a subdomain on our site through a normal browser to view the stats, but i think what you want is different i think…

I’m with steve, awstats is the way to go for server side.

I’ve yet to find anything like what you’re wanting though. sorry.

where do you think google analytics came from you silly goose ;)

there is a pretty good log file reader we use here at http://cableorganizer.com to monitor and analyze our traffic… I however can’t remember the name of it because its on the VP’s computer and he’s currently in a meeting…. I’ll get back to ya on this one though ;)

Thx Chad… I’ll never trust Google with ANY of my data… It violates our privacy policy.

well it turns out we actually use 3 to proper monitor our traffic

    1) http://www.bitstrike.com/analyzer/

    2) http://www.deep-software.com/download.asp?ref=ggl&cmp=1
^^ creates an Access file that you can use to run custom reports and really pick through the data

    3) http://www.clicktracks.com/
^^ more for SEO, ROI, etc.

so…. thats what we use, seems to work pretty well for us ;)

We use TrendyMac too. While it’s probably not the fasted solution, it works reasonably good.
