Netflix begain the Blockbuster smackdown

Online DVD rental service Netflix Inc. on Tuesday accused Blockbuster Inc. of illegally copying its ideas in a patent infringement lawsuit challenging the video store chain’s recent Internet expansion.
Could this be a fatal blow to Blockbuster, which is currently in horrible financial shape and suffering from dramatic market share loss?
But are they any cheaper?
The best part about this is that Netflix had originally pitched their idea to Blockbuster and ended up getting turned down. I think it’s great that Netfilx as of now has more customers, shareholders, and a firm grip on the whole market.
Netflix definately should go along with this lawsuit.
