McDonald’s employees unite [on LiveJournal]

As the LiveJournal slogan states, “I’m hatin’ it” is the slogan of choice for McDonald’s employees. United they stand underneath the golden arches of grease, fries, and spicy chicken burgers that taste of peppered cardboard.

I am a french fry fanatic, and it’s a widely-known fact that McDonald’s, however scummy, has the world’s greatest fries. But, I think there’s a better way. A healthier, cheaper, tastier way. #

As unfavorable as the work conditions may be, McD’s does serve up some decent fries.

I worked for a McDonald’s for 4 and a half years and I have to disagree. The store that I worked for was exceptional, in fact most of the ones I have been to have been pretty good. I was actually proud to work there, there was a great work environment, at least at the one I worked at.

the one near me had an army behind the counter, and seemed to be pretty well run. i did 2.5 years at KFC and 1 at red lobster…. seems to be the busier it is the better staffed they are vs the amount of volume they do and thus don’t have to cut corners on cleanliness.

If only this was a free country where people could leave their jobs instead of being forced to slave away…oh wait…

Yes, BK fries….arby’s fries…checkers’ fries…central park fries…oh the list goes on and on. I just don’t understand the obsession with mcd fries.
