Craigslist gets a makeover

It looks like Craigslist Austin, Texas is sporting the new look for the online classifieds listing service. As plain and albeit ugly as the original is, you have to admit that when something works, looks and all else come second.
Nothing flashy with the Austin “proof of concept”, just a few font changes and cleaner lines. I can’t wait for this or something similar to hit the local markets. [via digg]
Now this would be sweet. I wonder what it would take for Craigslist to actually implement a redesign. (I haven’t looked at their markup before, so I wouldn’t know.)
