Although the Sony Ericsson Black Diamond mobile phone is nothing more than a concept, designer Jaren Goh definitely has an eye for mobile phone style. Please… Sony Ericsson make something like this happen!
Sexy, just plain sexy.
i don’t like the concept…i like actual sony-ericson designs :D,this is a little bit…weird :S,it would be good to find a cool design that put the screen a lil deeper than the rest of the phone body.I know it doesn’t scratch as easy as iPod screens but would be good anyway :).
Sorry about my English, dunno if i said what i wanted. :P LOL
In my opinion, Nokia should’ve stepped up years ago in order to stay competitive with SE!
I think that the T610 was the best phone ever made (at that time…)!
nokia does seem to be falling behind. the last nokia handset that i used was the 6100 which was great. one of the pitfalls of using a nokia is that you’re limited to mediocre screens.
as far as the concept is concerned. i think it’s great. it may be a little extreme but when compared to the (nokia) vertu handset, it wins hands down. i can’t wait until camera phones begin to come standard with 3+ megapixels at an affordable price. sony will have the upper hand with their vast experience with digital cameras (cybershots).
Ohhh, Shiney!
Like wow! I can’t take my eyes off of it!
I actually like Sony/Ericsson phones generally. I was looking at the W600 a couple of weeks ago as I wanted a new phone, but some people told me it’s like a novelty phone, does a lot of things, but not one thing really well (I ended up opting for an LCD monitor instead).
the k700i has always been one of my favorite se phones. the screens win hands down when compared to any other mobile handset.
Nice looking phone indeed, never seen one in my hands though as it’s not made available by any carriers here.
oh it’s not made avail here either. it’s one of those phones you get online. i had the opportunity to play with one some time ago. the screen is fantastic. i watched a full length movie on one. they accept the sony memorysticks (duo?) and have loads of options.
Where’s the call button?
good question. i was going to to say it’s probably touchscreen.. but then why would the rest of the keys be on the handset. wow, i guess the ‘call’ and ‘end’ buttons are too hard to work into a design.
