Fake $1 million bill scam

I could understand if these individuals fell for a $1,000 bill dupe, but $1 million bill?! Sounds a little far-fetched doesn’t it?
You have to remember, these people are Japanese. They don’t know the value of a dollar here, nor what bills we make. :P
You would think for that amount of money someone would do a little research
the japanese are all about high priced collectibles. sometimes when something is too good to be true it’s easy to overlook the reality.
