Google being punished for fighting first subpoena?
Seems that everyone is just gunning for Google for making a scene over rejecting the first subpoena for a weeks worth of random searches.
If the U.S. Justice Department is successful in obtaining a week’s worth of search terms from Google, the ACLU will then seek information from Google about the validity of the results.
This would then REQUIRE Google to reveal precisely how search results are generated, as well as reveal top-secret workings of the already secretive search company.
Seems like all isn’t well in Google land.
