Enable Windows XP Pro features on XP Home

This hack allows xp home (either the OEM or Upgrade version) to have most features of XP Pro, including remote desktop. Finally making the watered down XP Home worth something.
This has been out for a while, although it only needs 2 bytes or bits I cannot remember to change there are things like graphics not there etc etc.
