Not an official Quicksilver alternative for Windows user, but close. The utility is still in its “infancy” so users will have to bear with the fact that documentation is mediocre to non-existant.

Graphical quicklaunch utilities are a godsend for users who rely on keyboard shortcuts to accomplish their daily tasks. If you have not yet accustomed yourself to keyboard shortcuts, I highly recommend a crash course or two. Most applications that you use on a daily basis offer resources regarding quick shortcuts.
