There is nothing worse than people that can't keep their dogs in their own yards. I had some shiatty neighbors that couldn't keep their 2 rottweilers and 3 pit bulls in their back yard. It was a weekly event and always happened when no one was home. One of their dogs jumped up and tried to bite me, I just gave it a good shove while it was still in the air and it ran home. Thankfully they have moved. People shouldn't have to worry about walking down the street and being chased or bitten because someone can't take care of their own animals. If this helps people learn to keep their dogs off the street or on a leash then I’m all for it.
