Officials in McHenry County are considering a new Web site that would include photos and addresses of dogs that have bitten or threatened to attack humans.
Lassie? Is that you?! Look what you’ve done. You left little Peter in the well and now officials are going to post your mugshot online. How shameful…
And in other news, someone is making a living taking mugshots of of dogs.
If this helps people learn to keep their dogs off the street or on a leash then I’m all for it.
There is nothing worse than people that can’t keep their dogs in their own yards. I had some shiatty neighbors that couldn’t keep their 2 rottweilers and 3 pit bulls in their back yard. It was a weekly event and always happened when no one was home.
One of their dogs jumped up and tried to bite me, I just gave it a good shove while it was still in the air and it ran home.
Thankfully they have moved.
People shouldn’t have to worry about walking down the street and being chased or bitten because someone can’t take care of their own animals.
Pffft… that’s just unfair. how is my dog suppose to get a respectable job now.
