I am way behind on my feeds so the following feature is altogether new and fresh to me.

I was sorting through my message and noticed that the right-side advertisements were ocassionally replaced with a “would you like to… map this” informational box.

Apparently Gmail scans your emails for any addresses – business and personal – and offers a quick option to map or receive driving directions.

In addition, Webclips are now a standard feature for all Gmail users. Hat tip to Xeon.
