For the record if you plan to do realtime updates you are going to need to hookup your cellphone to your laptop and have the plan worked out well in advance.

The line starts long before the keynote, and once you get into the small auditorium there is no 802.11 to be found. Some cellphones have trouble working (verizon is the only one I know that works for sure)

However if you get verizon high-speed setup and ready beforehand you should be okay.

Most people get so excited they turn off their computer or trip up and just say “screw it” and watch the keynote for themselves :-)

Whatever you decide enjoy it!, being at a keynote in person is awesome.
